Important information

Editorial publication. WavRyder is an editorial publication of WavRyder Media LLC. WavRyder Media LLC is not registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities regulator.

General and impersonal. Every subscriber to a service receives the same content on the same regular schedule. Nothing we publish is tailored to any person's financial situation, objectives or needs, and nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

Your decision. The daily reading informs a decision; it never makes one. Decisions about your own portfolio belong to you and, if you work with one, your advisor.

Tools and calculators. Our tools are educational. Their results depend on the inputs you provide and are illustrations, not recommendations.

Risk. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. No method, including ours, avoids every decline, and our published record includes the days the method would have missed.

Record and backtests. The methodology has run live since August 2021. Results before that date are backtested: hypothetical, prepared with the benefit of hindsight, and not the result of actual trading. Backtested results have inherent limitations. Past performance, backtested or live, does not guarantee future results.

Our own positions. WavRyder principals may hold positions in securities discussed in editorial content. [[Trading policy, only if adopted]] [[Only if true: WavRyder accepts no advertising, sponsorship or affiliate compensation.]]

Market data. Market data comes from third-party sources believed to be reliable. It is provided for editorial purposes, may be delayed and is not guaranteed.

Subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each year until you cancel. Cancel anytime [[method]]; we refund the unused portion of an annual subscription. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
